Job Description - Overview
New opportunity available for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager is one of hourly store management. Stores are open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and we are closed on Sunday.
Starting part‑time and seasonal range: $16.95 – $17.95 per hour.
Responsibilities- Perform duties as front‑end manager
- Assist customers with returns
- Manage registers
- Assist customers as needed
- Provide excellent customer service
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Desire to learn
