Sales BDC Representative

Key Cars Auto Group is looking for a driven, energetic Sales BDC Representative to join our sales team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, setting appointments, and being a key part of the sales process. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and a major contributor to dealership growth.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, texts, and internet leads
• Respond quickly and professionally to online inquiries
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments
• Follow up with unsold prospects and previous customers
• Build rapport and generate interest in vehicles and dealership offerings
• Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM
• Work closely with the sales team and management to hit appointment and sales goals

• Strong phone skills and a confident, positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Sales, BDC, call center, or automotive experience preferred (not required)
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and texting/email platforms
• Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
