The Tantillo Auto Group has a rare opportunity to hire a Used Car Sales Manager to join our family. The ideal candidate MUST have experience in automotive sales management and the skill sets needed to be a manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the area’s finest dealerships with the finest people.

• Sales Managers manage, train, and direct the Sales Representatives team.
• Must have experience with Wholesaling and Auctions.
• Must be a strong closer willing to engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum gross.
• Actively supports, encourages, and motivates sales personnel daily to maintain high morale.
• Professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.
• CRM tool to manage the salesforce. Training, lead execution, and sales results are the focus.
• The highest professionalism and integrity are essential for consideration for this SM position.

• Must have minimum of 2 years’ previous automotive sales management experience.
• Steady work and performance history.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a ‘people person’).
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Must be a strong closer.
• Valid driver's license.
