Position: Carpet Cleaning Technician (Entry-Level or Experienced)
Location: New Haven County, CT
Compensation: $50,000–$70,000+ per year (Performance-Based Pay)
Training Pay: $18–$23/hour (Based on Experience)

This is a hands‑on, physically active role—perfect for someone who likes to stay moving and see real results. You’ll start as a technician helper and be trained to become a lead technician.
Responsibilities- Load/unload work vehicles
- Maintain and prepare equipment
- Vacuuming, water extraction, and carpet cleaning
- Baseboard cleaning and carpet grooming
- Assist on residential and commercial jobs
- Experience is a plus (not required)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable with tools/equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to carry a conversation and create a positive customer experience
Sales or upselling experience is a plus - Basic computer/phone skills
- Goal-oriented and team-focused
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Must pass background check
- Drug-free during work hours
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Every other Saturday required
- Optional on‑call hours (bonus pay)
- $50,000–$70,000+ earning potential
