We are looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented technician to support our Paint Technicians by locating and removing imperfections on panels, treating scratches and chips, wet‑sanding, and buffing to deliver showroom shine.

• 5 years of experience in paint chip repair, wet sanding and buffing in a body shop environment
• Strong work ethic, flexibility, speed, and attention to detail
• Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend and squat, and lift up to 15 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Compensation: $45,000 – $80,000 per year, dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
