Homeworks Energy is seeking an HVAC Crew Lead to supervise a small installation crew in residential settings. You will guide day-to-day activities, ensure projects meet safety, quality, and code requirements, and coordinate tasks among crew members.
The ideal candidate has a Connecticut S-2 Journeyperson license, EPA certification, and at least five years of residential HVAC install experience, including heat pumps and boilers.
