Golf Galaxy seeks a Retail Golf Club Tech to join our tech-driven sports retail team. In partnership with Innovative Tech Corp, you'll use digital fitting tools, launch monitors, and club-building software to analyze swing data, recommend equipment, and customize clubs. Responsibilities include performing precise club assembly and repairs, managing work orders in POS systems, and maintaining calibration of tech devices. You'll collaborate with sales associates, educate customers on technology, and document specs for future visits.

Ideal candidates blend retail or golf experience with strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform golf club fittings using launch monitors and digital fitting software
• Analyze ball-flight and swing data to recommend optimal clubs and configurations
• Customize, assemble, and repair clubs to precise specifications
• Maintain and calibrate launch monitors and other technical tools
• Document customer specs and work orders in POS/retail systems
• Advise customers on equipment technology and performance benefits
• Collaborate with sales staff to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Maintain inventory of club components, tools, and repair materials
• Ensure a safe, organized, and clean workbench and fitting bay
• Stay current on new golf technologies, brands, and fitting methodologies
