- Schedule:
Monday–Friday, full-time, with flexibility for extended hours - Work environment:
Factory floor with close collaboration across production and warehouse teams - Travel:
Occasional supplier visits, conferences, and inter-facility coordination
- Execute preventive maintenance programs to sustain equipment efficiency.
- Find, diagnose, and repair issues across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Address urgent maintenance calls rapidly to curb downtime.
- Perform routine facility and equipment inspections to uncover emerging problems.
- Adhere to safety policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards—including LOTO.
- Maintain and repair conveyors, pumps, motors, and other mechanical assets.
- Record repairs, inspections, and parts usage with precision.
- Assist with installing and commissioning new machines and facility systems.
- Work with the Facilities Manager on planned maintenance schedules and spare parts strategies.
- Complete general building upkeep (doors, windows, walls, lighting).
- Collaborate with multiple departments to keep operations smooth and efficient.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
- 3–5 years in a maintenance mechanic capacity within manufacturing/industrial settings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in industrial machinery, electrical systems, and HVAC.
- Ability to interpret manuals, blueprints, and electrical/mechanical schematics.
- Comfort with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Detail-focused, self-directed, and an effective communicator and problem solver.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and to walk, twist, stand, bend, and squat throughout the shift.
