Bridges Healthcare, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Coordinator of Recovery Services.
Full Time/35 hour work week.
Annual salary: $72,000 - $82,000 commensurate of experience.

Manage and supervise the vocational and social rehabilitation programs to ensure timely and appropriate access to services. Champion the benefits of Employment and/or Education by promoting competitive employment and educational activities that support an integrated recovery process. Supervise the development, coordination and implementation of the Open Door Wellness Center activities that reduce isolation, foster peer relationships and naturally occurring support systems.
Manage and supervise the Jail Diversion program to ensure access to clinical services, support and evaluation of individuals being diverted from the legal system.
- Assist staff in planning and carrying out vocational programs and social rehab activities.
- Monitor referrals of individuals from the legal system including assessments, referrals for behavioral health and/or substance use treatment, and work with assigned staff to provide feedback to court personnel.
- Complete Emergency Certificate training.
- Participate in Adult Combined Team meetings.
- Promote vocational opportunities and placements among local businesses.
- Act as a liaison with local Vocational Rehabilitation Office, including at least two annual meetings to discuss status of consumer referrals and outcomes.
- Complete chart audits and review of required documentation including treatment plans, DLA-20 and DDAP. Implement and maintain compliance standards for all programs related to scheduled fidelity/program reviews and Joint Commission visits.
- Monitor and track DMHAS outcome measures on a monthly/quarterly basis – including admissions and discharges from these programs.
- Participate in assigned Learning Collaboratives and/or other identified Task Force or Committees that oversee the implementation of evidence-based employment or social rehabilitation principles and practices.
- Supervise, mentor/coach supervises.
- Monitor and oversee the daily structure and activities at the Open Door Social Club, with special emphasis on social activities that promote health and wellness and reduce stigma.
- Participate in weekly rotation as Manager of the Day/Manager of the Evening, attend management meetings and assist with grant funding initiatives/opportunities.
- Perform any other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by supervisor.
- Master's degree LCSW or LPC required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Knowledge of psychiatric illness, substance abuse, community integration strategies and techniques and entitlement/benefits programs.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Experience in counseling/therapeutic method and practices, management of staff.
- Ability to prioritize and organize schedules/demands.
- Leadership skills.
