Family Partner – Riverside Community Care
Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Family Partner. This role focuses on providing education, coaching/training, and support to parents and caregivers of youth receiving DMH Flex Services. The Family Partner draws upon lived experience to build trust, foster connection, and empower families, helping them navigate complex systems, strengthen advocacy skills, and support their child’s well‐being and development.
The Family Partner integrates core values of empathy, respect, cultural relevance, and empowerment, ensuring care is inclusive, personalized, and rooted in safety and long‑term sustainability.
Schedule and PayFull‑time, 40 hours per week. Flexible hours between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. to meet family needs.
Hourly rate: $22.28/hour; $23.28/hour with certification.

- Ability to establish rapport and work effectively with a diverse, multicultural group of parents, children, family members, and program staff.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Associate’s degree in human services field and one year of experience working with the target population; or high school diploma/GED with two years of experience.
- Experience navigating child and family‑serving systems.
- Lived experience as a parent/caregiver of a youth with significant social, emotional, behavioral health, medical, or trauma‑related needs.
This position is located in Milford, MA.
