Leadman

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Leadman who is a confident and enthusiastic individual and can maintain the appearance and environmental compliance at the Facility. This position will require high visibility to traffic and must wear PPE to keep eye-to-eye contact with other employees. Also, this position will require picking and sorting construction and demolition material on facility processing line, performs cleaning functions.

In addition to, duties may include sweeping, shoveling, scraping, painting, and housekeeping.

• Picking and sorting C&D material on processing line.
• Supporting plant housekeeping in sweeping, shoveling, picking windblown litter, and raking.
• Wearing proper PPE including gloves, hard hat, safety glasses, high-vis vest, safety toe boots and mask.
• Follows standard safety procedures.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
