Finance Reporting

Overview

The Finance team is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support weekly reporting and month- and quarter-end accounting activities. This role will be responsible for running and distributing weekly sales and orders reports through Power BI, preparing and processing journal entries, and supporting the team with various ad hoc financial requests.

• Run weekly sales and orders reports through Power BI, ensuring reports are accurate, timely, and distributed to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Prepare and process month-end and quarter-end journal entries to support the financial close process.
• Review reporting and financial information for accuracy and identify discrepancies or items requiring follow-up.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting, analysis, and financial requests as needed to support the Finance team.
• Meet established reporting and close deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  Previous experience in accounting, finance, financial reporting, or a related field.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Experience working with Power BI or similar reporting and business intelligence tools.
• Accounting Knowledge:
  Understanding of journal entries and month-end and quarter-end close processes.
