Financial Reporting & Accounting Analyst We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Reporting & Accounting Analyst to support weekly reporting and month- and quarter-end accounting activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting or finance experience who enjoys working with data, reporting, and financial analysis.
What You'll Do- Run and distribute weekly sales and order reports using Power BI
- Prepare and process journal entries
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Review financial data and reports for accuracy
- Research discrepancies and follow up on outstanding items
- Assist with financial analysis and ad hoc reporting requests
- Ensure reporting and accounting deadlines are met accurately and on time
- Previous accounting, finance, or financial reporting experience
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Understanding of journal entries and general accounting principles
- Familiarity with month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized and comfortable working with deadlines
