Responsibilities
- Process customer and vendor paperwork, including titles and registrations.
- Review documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company requirements.
- Enter and maintain information within company systems and databases.
- Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email to gather information and provide updates.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Work closely with departments across the organization to ensure transactions move smoothly from start to finish.
- Maintain organized records and files for reporting and operational purposes.
- Help resolve issues and discrepancies while providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Finance, Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, campus leadership, customer service, administrative, retail, hospitality, or office experience.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with data entry, documentation review, or customer support environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
