Salary Range: $20.50 - $24.00/hour depending on experience + sign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time).
Wayside Youth & Family Support Network’s Milford site is hiring a part-time administrative assistant. This is a 20 hours/week position.
What you will do:- Be a part of a multidisciplinary team serving youth and families from a strengths perspective and informed by principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Data entry, data collection, tracking and generating reports as needed.
- Be able to run reports and manipulate data in excel and other programs
- Set up clients and services in the agency's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Maintain excel spreadsheets for billing and other census data with accuracy
- Assist with other office management tasks as needed, such as but not limited to: answering calls, greeting guests at the main lobby area, and maintaining the overall office environment.
- Demonstrates high quality customer service (i.e. ability to connect with others, approachability, being respectful to others).
- Demonstrates ability to work independently (i.e. can self-direct on projects, able to work in solitude, can propose project solutions).
- Demonstrates ability to work as a team.
- Demonstrates basic computer skills (i.e. basic operation of Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Demonstrates problem-solving & analytical skills (i.e. able to identify root cause of problems & provide effective solutions).
- Demonstrates an ability to multitask, organizational skills and task oriented.
- Demonstrates ability to meet deadlines.
- An ability to see what needs to be done to keep the office running and then go get it done.
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED/HiSet equivalent.
- Experience using Excel and other Microsoft Suite products.
- Some experience with insurance and billing are preferred.

Motivational Interviewing, Attachment, Regulation and Competency Model (ARC), and Courageous Conversations.
