Parts Operations Analyst

Milton CAT is looking for a self‑motivated, proactive Operations Analyst to drive operational improvement through analyzing available data and system capabilities, generating reporting, and implementing processes. Your job will include working with the branch stores, cross‑functional teams and departments to work on projects aimed at streamlining processes and workflows, and driving incremental efficiencies. Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

This position is based out of Milford, MA but can be performed remotely from any of the Milton CAT locations

• Develop and maintain reporting to drive organizational accountability by transforming financial data into governable actions to attain key operational targets
• Partner with the Training group to identify operational inefficiencies and drive change through process improvements
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve inefficiencies and leverage system functions to streamline and optimize daily tasks
• Identify any system related issues and work with responsible parties on resolutions
• Proactive maintenance of system settings and logic to best achieve operational goals
• Support branch stores with operational challenges to ensure business continuity
• Contribute to the execution of key annual initiatives, providing operational support to ensure successful achievement of project timelines

• Previous experience in data analytics and reporting (Power BI a plus)
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid technical background in Microsoft programs
• Enjoys sleuth work, digging to find answers and problem solving
• Proactive/ambitious mindset
