We offer an independent Doctor of Optometry opportunity. As the primary practitioner you will operate the doctor’s office as a private independent practice while providing high‑quality optometric care and services to patients located next to an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica. You will set your own professional fee schedule and keep the associated patient revenues for the services you deliver.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
