The Learning Experience - Milford is seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our dedicated early childhood education team. Our center provides a warm, engaging environment where children discover their potential through play-based learning, creativity, and care.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage your preschool classroom, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment.

* Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.

* Build strong relationships with families and communicate regularly about children's progress.

* Partner with center leadership to support enrollment, family engagement, and program quality.

* Collaborate with co-teachers to maintain classroom consistency and excellence.

Qualifications

* Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or a related field preferred.

* EEC certification or ability to meet Massachusetts Preschool Teacher qualifications required.

* 1+ year of experience in a preschool or daycare setting.

* Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices.

* CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available).
