Position:
Kindergarten Teaching Assistant.

• Teacher Certification Prek-3 or similar certification preferred.
• Experience working with kindergarten students.
• Experience working with English Language Learners and Special Education Students.
• Whole classroom setting experience preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
• Proof of proficiency in the Target language, as aligned to DESE Guidance for the Provision of Interpreters in the Education Setting (p.8), required within the first year of employment.

• Strong organizational skills required.
• Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Capacity to adjust and respond to new conditions and circumstances.
• Work collaboratively with others in the classroom.
• Participate in training opportunities as directed by the classroom teacher.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities related to a Kindergarten Classroom.
• Assist kindergarten students with daily living/self-help skills.
• Other duties as assigned by administration.
