The Learning Experience – Milford is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to create engaging learning experiences that prepare children for kindergarten. If you're passionate about early childhood education and enjoy helping children build confidence through purposeful play, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate preschool activities
• Foster literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development
• Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership
• Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations

Qualifications:

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
• Previous preschool experience preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
