Life Stance Health is immediately hiring part-time and full-time licensed Therapists (LICSW/LMHC) with excellent communication skills and clinical acumen to join our Integrated Care and outpatient team. This role can be split between providing integrated behavioral health within a family medicine primary care office and outpatient psychotherapy. It is ideal for clinicians experienced with individuals across the lifespan, utilizing empirically supported treatments, and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Integrated Care Clinicians are embedded within a family medicine office and are key members of primary care teams.
• Work primarily with pediatric and adolescent patients on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and mental health concerns, using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatments.
• Perform screenings for depression, anxiety, and other conditions, and consult regularly with medical professionals.
• Ideal candidates enjoy a quick pace, think on their feet, and value interdisciplinary collaboration.
