Field Support Caregiver HHA CNA Full Time

Bright Star Care of Milford–Framingham is hiring a dependable HHA or CNA for a full-time Field Support Caregiver role supporting both client care and branch operations.

This position guarantees 40 hours per week and focuses primarily on covering caregiver shifts, starting new client cases, and providing office support when coverage needs are low.

This role is ideal for caregivers who are flexible, reliable, and comfortable working with different clients and schedules.

Pay
  • Guaranteed $800 per week (40 hours)
  • $20/hour for field coverage shifts
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
  • 90-day performance review with potential rate increase
Responsibilities
  • Cover caregiver call-outs and open shifts
  • Take the first shift for new client starts
  • Support urgent staffing needs across the service area
  • Provide office support when coverage needs are low
  • Work with the Customer Care Manager and Field Support Specialist on coverage planning
  • Travel within 25 miles of Milford

Requirements
  • HHA or MA CNA License (CNA preferred)
  • Experience with hands‑on personal care including transfers, bathing, and mobility assistance
  • Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
  • CPR BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • TB Test and Physical within 1 year
  • Strong reliability and schedule flexibility
Schedule Expectation

This is a coverage‑based role requiring availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts when needed.
