** Senior Patient Care Coordinator
** to join our team. The Senior Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the completion of set processes and protocols. Works cooperatively with all members of the care team to support the vision and mission of the organization, deliver excellent customer service, and adhere to Lean processes. Supports the teams in meeting financial, clinical, and service goals.

** Schedule (FT, 38.75 hours):
** Monday through Friday, will work 7.75 hrs. per day Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am to 5pm. The schedule will be determined by the practice manager upon hire.

** 101 Cedar St Milford, MA 01757 This position is 100% onsite at our Milford, MA office location.

* About the Role:

*
* Support the care team and patients by greeting and checking in patients, answering in person and telephonic inquiries, collecting payments, completing daily site deposit, insurance verification and maintaining demographic information.

*
* Primary Responsibilities:

*
* + Conduct or participate in scheduled practice meetings

+ Assist in the handling of patient complaints

+ Participate with Practice Manager in new staff selection and hiring and on boarding of new Medical Receptionists

+ Conduct on-site new staff administrative training

+ Participate in organizational initiatives and projects including workflow improvement initiatives

+ Ordering of all department supplies

+ Perform other duties as assigned

* Required Qualifications:

* + High School Diploma/GED (or higher)

+ 1+ years of administrative experience in a medical office setting

+ 1+ years of experience working with Epic

+ Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office

+ Access to reliable transportation

* + Strong written and oral communication skills

The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.38 to $36.44 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
