Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides (HHA) and/or CNAs for the Milford area to assist with our senior clients who are in need of support with activities of daily living, household support, and companionship.

Shifts available:
Overnight 12‑hour shifts 7 pm‑7 am.

• CNA or HHA would assist with activities of living and personal care.
• CNA or HHA would assist with light housekeeping.
• CNA or HHA would encourage walking and exercising.
• CNA or HHA would encourage stimulating conversation.
• CNA or HHA would assist with activities and exercise according to the Care Plan.
• CNA or HHA would encourage fluid intake and possible meal preparation in accordance with orders and the Care Plan.
• Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant would competently document shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone.
• Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services office support team in a timely manner.

• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification.
• 2+ years experience working with your certification.
• Kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA.
• Experience working with dementia.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a CORI check.
• Current TB test, Quanti
  
  FERON Gold Test, or X‑ray.
• Dementia care experience.
• Speak, read, and write the English language clearly; effective communication skills.
• Must own a cell phone.
