What You’ll Do- Carry out therapy interventions under PT supervision
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs
- Monitor patient tolerance and report updates
- Support safe use of assistive devices
- Document all services provided
- Flexible schedule based on availability
- Supportive clinical leadership
- Opportunity for additional hours at nearby facilities
- Active PTA license required
