We are seeking a strategic Global HR Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives, specifically focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and large-scale organizational transformations.
This is a "high-visibility" role where you will serve as the glue between business objectives and HR execution. If you have a track record of navigating the complexities of global restructurings and integrating diverse work forces, this is your next career-defining move.
The Strategic ImpactM&A & Enterprise Leadership:
You will steer the HR lifecycle of global projects, from initial planning through execution and integration. You aren’t just following a checklist; you are driving stakeholder alignment and mitigating risk during critical business transitions.
Organizational Design:
You will proactively translate shifting business goals into effective HR strategies, focusing on Org Design, Talent Management, and Change Management.
Cross-Functional Synergy:
Act as a central hub, collaborating with specialized HR domains (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, DEI, and Employee Relations) to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
Data-Driven Partnerships:
Utilize HR and financial metrics to provide actionable insights to business leaders, ensuring all transformation initiatives are backed by sound analytics.
Experience:
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in HR project management or HR Business Partnering within a global framework.
M&A Mastery:
Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional HR programs, specifically involving Mergers, Acquisitions, and Enterprise Restructuring.
Strategic Acumen:
Deep expertise in Change Management and the ability to understand complex business goals and translate them into people strategies.
Analytical Power:
Strong ability to develop and monitor HR metrics that align with financial business outcomes.
Education:
Undergraduate degree required; advanced certifications (PMP, SPHR, or Prosci) are a significant plus.

This is a contract position. You will have the opportunity to secure 40 hours per week on average.
This contract position will be expected to go for several months and possibly longer.
