Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Recruiter
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Recruiter to identify, engage, and screen top talent for a variety of professional and commercial positions. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who enjoys candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and relationship building and knows how to find qualified candidates beyond traditional job postings.
What You’ll Do- Source and identify qualified candidates for current and upcoming openings
- Build strong talent pipelines based on future hiring needs
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand position requirements and candidate profiles
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using multiple recruiting channels and resources
- Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Present qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Schedule interviews and maintain consistent candidate communication
- Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide a positive candidate experience
- Post job openings and maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS
- Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and progress through each stage
- Support efforts to develop diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines
- 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
- Corporate/in-house or staffing agency recruiting experience
- Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline-building experience
- Experience conducting phone screens and candidate interviews
- Experience recruiting for a variety of professional positions
- ATS and candidate tracking experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Creative and resourceful approach to finding talent
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple openings and priorities
- Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
