Job Title
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr
- Administering, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft Exchange Online and hybrid messaging environments.
- Managing mail flow, mailbox services, email security, compliance configurations, and troubleshooting complex messaging issues.
- Ensuring high availability, performance, and secure communication across the organization.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Exchange Online administration.
- Experience managing Exchange hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
- Strong understanding of mail flow, connectors, routing, and transport rules.
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra Active Directory synchronization.
- Strong knowledge of email security and compliance configurations.
- Experience troubleshooting complex email delivery and messaging issues.
- Strong understanding of SMTP, TLS, and DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Experience supporting enterprise-level messaging environments.
- Strong incident, problem, and change management experience (ITIL aligned).
- Strong Power Shell scripting skills for Exchange Online automation.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience administering Exchange Online at an advanced level.
- Experience supporting hybrid Exchange (on-prem + cloud) environments.
- Experience handling mailbox provisioning, migrations, recoveries, and litigation holds.
- Experience managing email security tools including EOP and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
- Experience working on email routing, connector configuration, and DNS-related issues.
- Experience producing root cause analysis (RCA) reports.
- Experience supporting enterprise monitoring and incident management processes.
- Experience with automation and operational scripting using Power Shell.
- Experience with Exchange Online migrations (on-prem to cloud and cross-tenant).
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 advanced configurations.
- Experience working in large enterprise messaging environments.
- ITIL certification or strong ITIL process understanding.
- Microsoft Exchange Online.
- Exchange Hybrid environments.
- Mail flow and transport rules.
- Azure AD / Entra .
- Active Directory synchronization (AAD Connect).
- Email security (EOP, Microsoft Defender for Office 365).
- SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
