Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Overview
The project manager is responsible for the preparation, planning, and execution of residential installation of stone veneer and masonry projects for their assigned portfolio. This is a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on customer service and relationships. Project managers are the primary drivers of quality and timeliness of primarily new construction projects.
Responsibilities- Own a portfolio of all residential stone installation and masonry work within assigned area including new residential construction and repair/remodel
- Leads efforts to deliver on-time and in-full completion of installation jobs
- Accountable to deliver on goals for the portfolio including support of strategic projects, as well as demonstrate commitment to safety and compliance within the area while accomplishing operational KPIs and metrics
- Uphold a strong customer focus with the installer teams and demonstrate cross-functional leadership with sales, logistics, and support operations
- Demonstrate our core values and success behaviors in their approach to work and leadership
- Track dates and completions of jobs, ensuring smooth and quality work for builders
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required) in business, construction management or similar, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in project management
- Experience managing a team
- Ability to travel as required
- Solid understanding of the residential construction process
- Experience in the new construction/remodel industry preferred
- Construction Project management experience a plus
NOTE:
Ideal candidate would reside within 30-35 miles of Stockton, Ca.

- Ability to pick up new computer systems and software programs quickly
- Data analysis and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

CompensationThe US base salary for this role is $75,000 to $90,000 annually + Sales Incentive Plan + company truck provided + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
