Join a biopharmaceutical manufacturing team supporting upstream/cell culture and single-use manufacturing operations. This role performs production activities in a cGMP cleanroom environment while following aseptic, safety, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Perform upstream and biologics manufacturing operations using process equipment and single-use systems
. - Perform aseptic processing, BSC operations, and sampling while following cGMP requirements.
- Monitor and document batch parameters
, computer data, and production records according to GDP/GMP standards. - Troubleshoot process issues, respond to alarms, and document unplanned events
. - Support training, team activities, continuous improvement, and cross-functional manufacturing discussions.
- Maintain production areas and handle manufacturing supplies and equipment as required.
- 5+ years of upstream manufacturing experience in a biopharmaceutical environment.
- Single-use manufacturing experience is required
. - Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP manufacturing, aseptic techniques, and cleanroom operations
. - Experience with cell culture, process equipment, process tanks, autoclaves, or chromatography equipment
. - High school diploma with 7+ years related experience
, or Associate/Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences/Engineering with applicable experience. - Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and strong GMP documentation skills.
- Ability to work the overnight Pitman 2-3-2 schedule, 6:00 PM-6:30 AM
, including weekends/holidays as required.
- Estimated hourly range: $35-$43/hr (W-2) + 20% shift differential
. - Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
