Registered Nurse; RN - Home Health Admission - per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health Admission in Milford, Massachusetts.

This is a full‑time, ongoing staff admissions role. Medicare Certified Home Health experience is required.

• Complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided using a touch pad tablet.

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Medicare Certified Home Health experience required.

Base Pay: $58.00 - $65.00 per point depending on qualifications.
