Hiring Range: $37.75 - $79.52 (final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
Shift: Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 11:30 PM), 12.5 hours per shift, 24 hours each day, 2–Evening Shift, 12.5 Hours (United States of America)
Schedule:
Holidays – every other holiday;
Sunday through Saturday;
Weekends – every third weekend.
Cost Center: 26000 – 2340
Union: MNA-Milford Regional Medical Center (Massachusetts Nurses Association)
Signing bonus may be available; eligibility confirmed during interview process.
Responsibilities- Utilize the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient care from admission to discharge, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient population.
- Perform patient assessment and reassessment according to standard procedure.
- Develop and coordinate individual care plans including discharge planning.
- Direct, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care within the assigned clinical setting.
- Delegate appropriately to others in accordance with job description and competency level.
- All responsibilities are essential job functions.
- Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
- BLS certification through either American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS certification through AHA required in select areas (Gannett, MP1, ICU, ED, Cath Lab, Endo, IR, PACU, Float Pool) within 6 months or first scheduled course offering.
- PALS certification through AHA required in select areas (PACU, ED) within 6 months or first scheduled course offering.
- NRP Advanced Provider certification through American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) required in select areas (Maternity) within 6 months or first scheduled course offering.
- Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
