Quality Assurance Specialist

Milford, MA | 100% Onsite | Contract-to-Hire | $24–$29/hour

We are seeking an entry-level Quality Assurance Specialist to support quality operations within a regulated life sciences manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on, onsite role focused on batch record review, documentation accuracy, product release support, and maintaining compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.

This opportunity is best suited for candidates seeking practical, hands‑on experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP/cGMP environment.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
• Entry‑level to 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, laboratory, manufacturing, or documentation review within a regulated environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with documentation‑heavy processes
• Understanding of GMP/cGMP, GDP, or regulated manufacturing practices preferred
• Must be able to work onsite in Milford, MA, Monday through Friday
• Must have reliable transportation to support a fully onsite schedule
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
