Location: Milford, MA

Schedule: Part-Time (Fridays required; some Saturdays)

Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Join Koopman Lumber’s Paint Department as a Retail Sales Associate. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where you’ll help customers, mix paint, and keep the department running smoothly.

• Assist customers with product selection and paint mixing.
• Process transactions (cash, charge accounts, gift cards).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked department.
• Receive and put away inventory.
• Recommend products to support customer projects.
• Support both DIY customers and professional painters.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Attention to detail (especially with paint mixing and transactions).
• Basic math and ability to follow instructions.
• Team‑oriented mindset.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
