M1 Cannabis is a locally owned and operated Massachusetts cannabis cultivator specializing in premium flower and pre-roll products. We are known for high TAC flower, aggressive pricing, fast-moving menus, and strong relationships with dispensaries across the state. Our products are currently carried in over 130 retail locations throughout Massachusetts. We are looking for an experienced cannabis sales professional with an established network who can immediately contribute to growth across key Massachusetts territories.
Position OverviewThis is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands the Massachusetts cannabis market, already has strong dispensary relationships, and can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and comfortable managing wholesale accounts while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with dispensary buyers, managers, and ownership groups
- Generate new wholesale business and expand existing accounts
- Present product menus, pricing, promotions, and new strain launches
- Coordinate samples, follow-ups, and account support
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Work closely with sales leadership on territory growth strategy
- Attend vendor days, industry events, and in-store activations when needed
- Maintain consistent communication and reporting
- Travel throughout assigned territory regularly
- Previous cannabis wholesale sales experience required
- Existing network within Massachusetts dispensaries strongly preferred
- Retail buyer references
- Proven ability to generate revenue and close deals
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Massachusetts CCC Agent Registration
