Team Leadership:
Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies;
Training & Development:
Train new and existing staff, review post procedures, and ensure team readiness;
Scheduling & Coverage:
Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately;
Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence;
Incident Management:
Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and file detailed reports
