Site Supervisor

Securitas is seeking a Part-Time Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at client locations. In this on-site role, you will lead security officers, coordinate post coverage, and ensure a safe, professional environment aligned with Securitas standards. Responsibilities include monitoring access and activity, responding to incidents and emergencies, conducting post inspections, and completing accurate reports. You will serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, model integrity and vigilance, and support training and development opportunities that can lead to advancement within Securitas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support on-site security officers during assigned shifts
• Coordinate post coverage, schedules, and relief for breaks and call-offs
• Monitor site activity, access points, and security systems as assigned
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and take appropriate action
• Complete accurate incident, activity, and shift reports
• Conduct post inspections and ensure compliance with Securitas and client policies
• Serve as primary on-site contact for clients, visitors, and vendors during shift
• Provide training, guidance, and coaching to security officers
• Escalate critical issues to management and follow chain-of-command
• Promote a safe, professional, and customer-focused security environment
