Responsibilities- Oversee the installation of weatherization products such as insulation, roof vents, and duct sealing across various locations within homes, including crawlspaces and attics.
- Ensure work complies with Mass Save standards and communicate directly with homeowners.
- Prepare daily work schedules and load trucks with the required products, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct vehicle safety and job‑site inspections.
- Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
- Report safety, customer, or quality concerns promptly.
- Perform warehouse-related duties as needed.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Valid driver’s license required if operating a company vehicle.
- Mass Save Crew Chief certification.
- Lead Safe certificate.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and in confined, confined spaces.
- Strong hand‑eye coordination and physical strength.
- Local out‑of‑town travel as required.
- Daily travel to job sites.
This role requires prolonged standing, repetitive motions (bending, stooping, pushing, pulling), good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and the physical strength to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on specific duties.

Hourly rate: $13.00 – $30.00, dependent on qualifications and experience.
