Warehouse Worker - Part-Time

Milton CAT is the exclusive distributor of Caterpillar earthmoving and construction machinery and power systems products in the Northeast. Under general supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, this part‑time position is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse‑related duties such as receiving and storing goods and preparing orders for shipment. Pick items from shelves and place them in totes, ensuring orders are filled accurately and efficiently, continually striving for improved customer satisfaction.

• Part‑time position. Working hours Monday – Friday from 3:30pm to 8:30pm.
• Pick, pack, wrap and load product for delivery to customers.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment safely, including pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
• Receive merchandise and stock shelves.
• Assist with inventory procedures as requested.
• Participate in physical inventory counts to verify accuracy of parts on hand.
• Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations.
• Use computerized WMS and RF scanners.
• Be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Make hydraulic hoses, including cutting, fitting, crimping, and operating hose assembly tooling.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency in computer use and related software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, detail‑oriented with high accuracy.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds; 45 pounds unassisted repetitively.
• Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Energy and stamina for extended daily hours as needed.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced distribution center environment.
• Sense of urgency and exceeding customer expectations.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills.

• Experience with WMS software.
• Forklift certification preferred.
