This is a Full‑Time, 40 -hours/week
, non‑exempt position that will be working in our Milford, MA location.
This position is eligible for benefits and has a starting rate of $18/hr.

Schedule:
First/Second shifts
What you'll do
- Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours; this may include job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
- Support and teach clients new skills, including but not limited to specific goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan.
- Act as a positive role model for the client to support attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety in all settings.
- Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
- Must pass required certifications in the allotted time set forth by the agency.
- Must pass a criminal and driver’s check.

Providing a range of quality residential and non‑residential programs for men and women with intellectual or developmental disabilities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Our programs offer individualized and group treatment and are designed to promote independence and improve life skills. Clients also receive support with job development, on‑the‑job coaching, and educational opportunities. - Reentry Services (RS):
Supporting people leaving incarceration to make positive, sustainable life transitions. We firmly believe that change is possible for all that we serve. With a strong focus on outcomes, the Reentry Services Division is committed to delivering contemporary, evidence‑based services to those in our care. Through innovative programming and collaboration with community agencies, we provide hope and support to clients as they transition safely and successfully into their communities. - Crime & Justice Institute (CJI):
Driving bold, transformative improvements in adult and youth justice systems by working with local, state, and national criminal justice organizations to enhance public safety and deliver justice. The CJI team brings decades of experience developing evidence‑based, data‑driven policies, managing complex processes with diverse stakeholders, and driving systemic organizational change. Our skilled staff and network of consultants come from a variety of backgrounds. - Family Reentry (FRE):
Addressing the complex issues of behavioral health, domestic violence, reentry, recidivism, and youth risk by offering evidence‑based interventions to provide support and promote positive change. We take a holistic approach, working to connect clients to essential needs and supporting them in creating sustainable change and stronger life skills.
