Position Overview

The Inventory & Logistics Technician is responsible for completing all necessary tasks related to all inventory and logistics operations within M1 Enterprises. This role is pivotal in maintaining alignment between production, distribution, and compliance systems to ensure seamless delivery execution and regulatory adherence. The ideal candidate has a strong command of cannabis compliance platforms, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities Inventory Management
  • Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels across all platforms (Apex, Dutchie, and Metrc).
  • Create and manage item entries, manifests, and compliance documentation.
  • Verify data consistency across systems, including spreadsheets and invoices.
  • Conduct and validate cycle counts and internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain organized and compliant vault and storage areas.
Logistics Operations
  • Plan, assign, and monitor daily delivery routes and warehouse logistics tasks.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
  • Verify completion of vehicle inspections and maintain operational readiness of delivery fleet.
  • Oversee fulfillment processes and ensure all outgoing orders meet compliance and quality standards.
  • File manifests and delivery documentation promptly and accurately.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Delegate daily operational tasks to Logistics Technicians with clear, actionable direction.
  • Train and support team members on new processes, compliance updates, and software systems.
  • Escalate critical issues or discrepancies to management in a timely manner.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
Additional Duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work spaces, including vehicles and storage areas.
  • Support broader M1 business initiatives and cross-departmental projects as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to all state and company regulations related to cannabis handling and transportation.
Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License (required)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong knowledge of cannabis compliance and regulatory systems (Metrc, Dutchie, Apex)
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and data validation
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory leadership within the cannabis industry preferred
