KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a company local to the Manchester, NH area in their search for an Accounting Clerk. This position is going to be 5 days a week onsite and will report to the Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities- Support payroll with time tracking, punch corrections, and leave updates
- Manage emails, mail distribution, and postage
- Record payments, apply cash, and assist with deposits
- Reconcile trust accounts, credit cards, and vendor balances
- Process invoices, assist with check runs, and code AP transactions
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
$24/hr - $27/hr DOE
