Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-perm opportunity. This role serves as a key point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring orders, inquiries, and issues are handled accurately and professionally.

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process and track customer orders from entry through delivery
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and logistics teams to resolve order issues
• Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM/ERP system
• Provide product information, pricing, and lead-time updates to customers
• Process return authorizations, credits, and adjustments as needed
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention

• 3+ years of product-based customer service experience (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience with order entry/ERP or CRM systems preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate's degree a plus

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• -8-5:30 pm
