The Milford School District is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Reading Intervention Teacher to provide targeted literacy instruction for Kindergarten and First Grade students in a part-time capacity. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with classroom teachers, specialists, and administrators to identify students needing additional reading/early literacy support, implement evidence-based literacy interventions, monitor student progress, and help ensure students develop strong foundational reading skills.

• Valid New Hampshire certification in Elementary Education and/or Reading and Writing Specialist certification.
• Strong knowledge of the science of reading, foundational literacy instruction, and evidence-based reading interventions.
• Experience administering and interpreting literacy assessments.
• Ability to use student data to drive instructional decisions.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with young learners in an elementary setting preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field of education from an accredited college or university required.
• Minimum of three (3) years direct experience as reading teacher, or equivalent training and experience required.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.

Certified by the NH State Department of Education required.
