Owner of investment casting product portfolio which covers all manufacturing processes including wax, shell, cast and post‑cast processes. The Product Engineer is responsible for establishing and maintaining all internal and external manufacturing processes. Responsibilities also include customer interface including review and approval of all technical drawings, models and specifications. Investment casting product portfolios may include aerospace, automotive & defense market segments.
Responsibilities- Work simplification, value analysis, workstations & methods analysis
- Compiling and evaluating test and production data, preparing technical analysis
- Recommending production methods and processes required to meet design objectives on new or improved products and processes
- Continuous improvement of product yields and manufacturability
- Conducting analysis of method and time standards
