Wellness Coordinator/ Scheduler

Job Summary

The primary focus of this position is to maintain the Wellness teams schedule as well as recruit, retain and enhance the overall associate experience and commitment to the community and its residents. Provide administrative support to the Wellness Department and coordinate staff as it relates to providing exceptional service/care within our community and regulations that govern residential care.

This position is a direct liaison to the Resident Care Director as it relates to associate morale, feedback, promoting and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage schedules for Wellness team based on current resident care plans.
  • Recruit for all wellness roles.
  • Work with other care professionals to keep the care team effective and organized.
  • Follow safety rules and infection control measures to keep residents healthy.
  • Comfortable using technology including Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and other software platforms.
  • Take part in training and education to keep improving caregiving skills.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Scheduling
  • Strong interviewing and recruiting skills
  • Hold a current Massachusetts CNA/PCA certification, or be willing to attend a paid Northbridge PCA training program.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Genuine care and empathy for residents' well‑being.
  • Work well with healthcare professionals as part of Wellness team.
  • Follow ethical standards and keep resident information private.
