Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site position located in Milford, NH. The Parts Department Manager will oversee the daily operations of the parts department, including managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supervising the distribution of service parts. This role requires maintaining efficient inventory control, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and optimal service delivery.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build productive relationships with clients and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Management, ensuring accurate stock levels and organization.
- Experience with Service Parts management, including ordering, tracking, and ensuring proper distribution for service needs.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities to oversee department employees and ensure productive teamwork.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to efficiently handle department operations.
- Previous relevant experience in Powersports dealerships or automotive industries is preferred.
