Position Summary Marmon Utility is hiring a Machine Operator to set up, operate, and monitor wire drawing, wire stranding, and extrusion equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining production, quality, and safety standards while minimizing downtime and waste.

Qualifications:

No prior machine operation experience required - we provide paid on-the-job training for all new employees.

Candidates with experience as a Machine Operator, Extrusion Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, or Equipment Operator are encouraged to apply (higher pay dependent on experience).Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
