Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in injection molding, is seeking a Mold Operator to join their team. As a Mold Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mold Operator
Location: Milford, NH
Pay Range: $21
Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:30pm-10:30pm
What's the Job?
Operate injection molding machines to produce molded parts
Operate blending machines to combine raw pellets
Inspect products for surface defects and flaws
Position and secure threaded cores and/or overmolds into molds
Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean work area
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED
One to three years of manufacturing experience or training
Reasonable dexterity in handling small parts
Ability to lift 25-55 lbs. occasionally, 20-55 lbs. frequently, and 10-25 lbs. regularly
Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods, up to 8-10 hours per day
