Production Associate

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:

Production Associate

Pay: $23/hr

Shift: Mon-Fri 2:30pm-10:30pm (training on Mon-Fri 6:30am-2:30pm for 1-3 months)

• Set up and operate grinding and thread rolling machines efficiently and safely
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform offsets as needed
• Select appropriate equipment, grinding wheels, blades, coolants, and filtration systems
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and lead checkers
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while maximizing production output

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of machine operation experience
• Basic math skills and computer knowledge
• Strong fine motor skills and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally
